Kicking off in 2013, Behemoth has crafted 500+ unique beers (and counting) over the last 10 years. Many are playful one-offs, as they relish innovation with top-tier ingredients. As well as taking away a wide array of awards, most recently at the Australian International Beer Awards in Australia winning Champion International Medium Brewery & The Brewers Guild Awards here in New Zealand, winning Champion Medium Brewery for the second year in a row, as well as a mountain of medals for best in category and for individual beers.
With no plans to slow down on the horizon, the Behemoth crew aims to foster a friendly not taking themselves too seriously community around craft. Their brews are big on flavour, fun and laughs, championed by their mascot, Churly, and his quirky style.

We have used a light malt base as crisp as a winter morning at the Overlook Hotel and loaded it with Simcoe, Mosaic and Necteron. Along with kettle and whirlpool hops we have given it a massive dry hop. Giving you pineapple, stonefruit, piney flavours.
All work and no hops makes Churly a dull boy! So grab a can, crack it open, just don’t lose yourself in the maze...

this beer into a glass it becomes the glass. Be beer my friends. These 1 inch hops pack a 1 inch punch to the taste buds. We have packed this hazy IPA with Cryo Mosaic, Simcoe and Amarillo hops. Think pineapple, mango, peach and pine. Hoppy and juicy with a low bitterness.
We think it is pretty awesome but we don’t want to show
